30 minute massage (Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation or Prenatal)

Relieve stress and relax. Thirty minutes can alleviate the aches and pains of work related stress. Thirty minutes can also help speed up recovery after a race or strenuous activities.

45 minute massage (Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation or Prenatal)
Why hover around the office during lunch break.  Come see us! In forty five minutes we can target your over-stressed areas, stretching out your postural muscles allowing you to feel taller and refreshed.

60 minute massage (Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation or Prenatal)
The go to.  Sixty minutes is our most popular massage length for a reason. It allows enough time for a full body relaxation massage or specific treatment to one or two areas of the body.

75 minute massage (Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation or Prenatal)                                                                                                  We've had had lot's of request for this treatment length! Does  sixty minutes go by too quickly? Treat yourself to ninety minutes, this allows plenty of time to throughly target your problem areas and still have time to relax, leaving you feeling re-energized and restored.
